I checked into this and found it is supposed to be a joke...if you add up all of the Presidents who came first, 2nd, 3rd etc, it adds up to 43...meaning Obama would be the worst ever.

When our number one rated president was elected, the wealthy wanted to have him assassinated. That says a lot about some people. Obama, like Clinton and Carter, have had to fight a congress that only wants power back for their benefactors. Big money controls the US today, that is really not so unusual as hubris comes with privilege. As far a ratings of presidents, FDR, Lincoln, and Washington are always the top three among the sane partisans. With healthcare Obama could reach the top positions, thus the war from the powerful on Obamacare. Progress in human affairs is always slow.
