At the end of the day Carter wasn't Comrade Carter like the current tyrant.
Great point! Nothing screams communism as much as putting millions more people on private insurance plans.

Honestly inept.
Jimmy Carter would be a welcome relief to the scumbucket we have now! JC had good intentions, but he was a liberal, and depended on idiots to manage things.
Great point! Nothing says "bad intentions" like trying to ensure that every person can access healthcare. What a villain!

there were only 3 or 4 million who were not covered. so we revamped the entire medical system to cover 1% of the population???
why not just GIVE free insurance to the uninsured? It would have been billions cheaper.

"Putting" ? Make that "forcing".
Nothing screams communism more than the nannystate requiring citizens to purchase a product.

Must be nice to make up your own facts. Also pretty convenient to ignore all those people who were being denied due to preexisting conditions, had their coverage dropped due to illness, hit their cap coverage limit and those who went bankrupt due to medical bills (even when they had insurance). Sure, if you ignore all of those people you have a great point...again!

Of the total of 44 US Presidents, Obama rated 5th Best President ever!
A recent Democratic publicity release said,
“After a little more than 4 years, Americans have rated President Obama the 5th best president ever”.
He is the 44th President so you do the math below.
The actual details, according to White House PublicistsÂ…
Reagan, Lincoln, and 8 others tied for first,
15 presidents tied for second,
17 other presidents tied for third,
Jimmy Carter came in 4th and
Obama came in Fifth . . . .
Ya gotta love the Democrats spin on that statistic of 5th Best President.

Yet another solid retort from Rabbi. You never cease to amaze with your brilliant insights and thought provoking retorts.

there are two good provisions in obamacare----no denial for preexisting conditions, and no lifetime maximum payment. The rest of it is a pile of steaming dog shit.

I disagree. Those sound like good provisions. Mainly because everyone likes something for nothing.
Insurance is all about risk. pre existing conditions represent risk. No lifetime caps represent huge risk, unlimited as a matter of fact. Someone has to pay for that. Who do you suppose that will be?

LOL, "something for nothing". What does that have to do with allowing PAYING customers the ability to not be denied based upon preexisting conditions?
Do you ever think in snippets larger than the talking points that your masters give you?
LMAO! Funny how the only ones who got the joke were the conservatives.
More proof that liberals have no sense of humor, either that or they're just plain stupid. LOL!
Thanks for the laughs, libs.![]()
