When a crime is in progress, you don't need a search warrant.!!! Everybody knows that. And these school officials are committing a federal felony since harboring and feeding illegal aliens encourages them and their parents to live here in violation of section 1324 of title 8 of the US code.

De Blasio: NYC staffers to block ICE agents from entering schools

march 21 2017 The city is ordering schools staffers not to allow immigration agents to enter school buildings, Mayor de Blasio announced Tuesday.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents will be turned away from city schools unless they have a warrant signed by a judge, which city lawyers deem valid, according to a new policy being issued to principals.

There have not been any incidents where ICE agents have tried to get in to city schools, but de Blasio said the city wanted to have clear rules in place in case it happens.
