Mayor Eric Adams blasted the press for its coverage of his nascent administration Tuesday, threatening to stop answering reporters’ questions because he doesn’t like the stories that result. Six weeks after taking office, Adams opened a press conference at City Hall by lashing out at the media — blaming a lack of diversity in newsrooms for the fact that he is covered critically.

LOL....He didn't get his way (though what he was trying to do was laudable) so it must be "a lack of diversity" in the press coverage. I mean he could have talked about the real reasons his push failed (likely dem white guilt) but no, he had to toss-out the anti-black card.

He's burned himself with a few "own goals" already. He's trying to ride the line between his progressive party base and people who are sick of criminals being coddled.

That's pretty much their go to excuse anytime something doesn't go there way or when someone else does something they don't like.
