NY : Douglas McKay found guilty of making memes

So it's (D)ifferent for the LA shitlib comedian huh

It's different if someone intended to interfere with the rights of others. You have to establish criminal intent.

If Mackey had just posted a stupid meme with something humorous like Send your ballot to Hillary4Prison @ Democrat-scum.com hahahaha then that would be one thing. I think he never would have been bothered.

Mackey and his co-conspirators clearly built a following of 58,000 users (not to mention others who aren't followers but who can still see his posts). They then used that online community to deceive potentially thousands of voters with fraudulent messaging. There's solid evidence pointing to that conclusion.

If Mackey had just posted a stupid meme with something humorous like Send your ballot to [email protected] I think they could argue it was just a poor attempt at humor.

The only reason he was "bothered" is because the Libtard filth in New York is hell bent on destroying any American that is opposed to this country being a Socialist shithole.

Yeah, well, the jury didn't think so.

Like I said, there's the appellate process. Maybe an appellate court judge throws out the conviction.
Anyone rational person would say so

Both did the same joke. One got charged cause he was a straight white male and the female Asian democrat couldn't possibly "oppress" anyone in shitlib land so there's your real answer

I already posted (more than once) how the two examples are different. You're just ignoring the other facts in the case, but guess what: the jury didn't ignore those facts. That's why they convicted him.

Waaaaaaaaaah! Waaaaaaah!

Republitards are always the victim.

You don't have a first amendment right to defraud people or to interfere with their liberties, which is what has been alleged in this case, and for the moment, that allegation stands as a criminal conviction. The case will be appealed, so we'll see if the conviction stands.

Meh voting isnt even a constitutional right. Its a state right that can be taken away in hours.

Not really. Every State is required to have a republican form of government, and states cannot deny voting or any other right in ways that are discriminatory. Nor can they deny voting on the basis of sex or age (over the age of 18).
