NY : Douglas McKay found guilty of making memes

You have the right to make an ignorant choice just the same as everyone.

Probably time for that.

No as Thomas Jefferson stated a good citizen should be making an INFORMED decision which YOU seem to say it is ok to make an ignorant decision which of course is idiotic since that is a dereliction of duty as a citizen of America which is only as strong as its weakest chain.

Voting 101: The Ethics of Being Informed

So many Americans don't know how to be informed as they so uncritically swallow the torrential flow of bullshit from the media because most american are a product of a screwed-up schooling system (government run) that graduates too many people lack the ability to use critical thinking skills in their decision making.

When 81 million voted for a bumbling idiot who has never shown evidence of a being rational leader who love America and the Constitution.

This is actually a dereliction duty voting for incompetent people like Biden into office.

You are pathetic.

I disagree that Trump supporters were informed votes. A grifter will always grift.

isn’t that the point of a campaign? trying to not get someone to vote for the other gift.

Sadly many times. I wish it was about the candidate trying to get the person to want to vote for them.

WTF? Lying on twitter is a crime now?
This? Is just the tip of the iceberg, of the a war to destroy the first Amendment IMO.

Voting should be one of our most protected rights. Trying to do something to get people to not legally vote should be a crime we all support enforcing.

If that fall for that stupid shit, they shouldnt be voting anyways.
Stupid people voting is why we are so fucked right now.

And let's be honest, at this point? Although both parties are stoopid, the STATE has only criminalized one party. This is absurd. Soon folks will be corralled into, and forced into either dropping out of voting, or only voting for the "right," party, just like they felt they had to do in E. Germany and the USSR.

Donald Trump is not being targeted for the misdemeanors and serious felonies he appears to have committed but for discrediting and undermining the entrenched power of the ruling duopoly.

This is where the justice system is in 2023. Make memes ridiculing the left in NY and you're guilty of a crime. Rob, rape and steal though while being a minority and NY lets you go. This country is screwed.

He deliberately tried to get potentially thousands of people to vote by text and gave them specific and false instructions on how to do it. Apparently a jury of 12 agreed with the DOJ that it was a crime.

Is this the same Glenn Greenwald who reported stolen classified materials?

Next time the other party needs to elect someone actually interested in running the country.

It doesn't matter what he tried to do, the ruling is a violation of the first amendment.
