sure you can, you can do anything in court. and precedence is established. they aren't in jail why? wow.Dear Genius, one cannot appeal a guilty verdict.wait for the appeal from both Flynn and pappadapolis because of precedence of lying to fbi had been established with hitlery. it will be a funny day watching these bat shit crazy leftists lose it. hahahahahahahahaha ask them why they aren't in jail? Why didn't The FBI give them Immunity before they interviewed them? Are they violating their new policies now?Comey McCabe....does it really matter? Once The FBI gives out Immunity like Bill Clinton gave out bloody lips to his victims, we are bound to get to the bottom of this.
Immunity FOR EVERYONE!
And ICE CREAM!
It's the newer gentler lefter leaning FBI

Immunity and Ice Cream for EVERYONE!
Flynn and Papodopoulos didn't get immunity. They plead guilty to very serious crimes of lying to the FBI about the Trump teams contacts with the Russians.
Ignore reality and reality doesn't change, Tree. No matter how hard you pretend.
You know the one where they give you ice cream and immunity from prosecution so you can still run for president after committing a mountain of felonious acts?
I want MY ICE CREAM!
Hillary Clinton got Ice Cream!
Where is mine?

A guilty plea obviates any right of appeal, because one waives any objection to evidence, and waives any non-jurisdictional defect to an indictment. One does retain a limited right to later show that his plea was not voluntarily given. Flynn and Papadopolous are not in jail yet, because no plea hearing is set, because they've entered guilty pleas to some crimes, and Mueller will retire other indicted charges assuming he likes what they tell him, and testify to about others. There is no right to bail pending sentencing, but a judge may grant it.
