The problem that exists with your way of thinking is "how do you choose who is a 12-16-yearold shit thug"?

Are you the one that was shit-thugged and says in a line-up of 12-16-yearolds that were caught in a protest, that #1 is not, #2 is and #3 is not and #4 is? or is that the job of a judge to decide which of those has actually done some shit-thugging (after going through the evidence)?

This is why laws exist. None of us (and that includes you and Trump) should be the deciders on who is and who isn't. There are established guidelines to follow that point out who should be tried as an adult and who shouldn't.

If we start doing it ourselves, the door gets opened for all the laws being thrown out and creating an Anarchy.

I’ve been watching a lot of those police body cam footage videos on YouTube lately. It’s amazing how many of the perps have records from back when they were juveniles, in some cases including murder. But the system just lets them out at 18.

A person can be considered violent if he just hits someone or robs something from someone.

As such, Trump should not be who decides who is charged as an adult or as a teen. That is for the courts to decide. Teen rapists and murderers should be tried as adults. Teens who hit someone or rob something should not necessarily (and automatically) be tried as adults.

He made a blanket statement that all violent teens should be tried as adults. Violence can be things like robbing, threatening or hitting someone else. Do you actually believe that a teen that threatens someone should be tried as an adult?
