Ringleader of Church Invasion in Minnesota Has Been Arrested

Federal agents arrested self-proclaimed “civil rights activist” Nekima Levy Armstrong on Thursday morning for her role in leading a group that stormed a Minnesota church service earlier this week. The move came as part of a broader push to safeguard religious gatherings from targeted disruptions.

The incident unfolded on January 18 at Cities Church in St. Paul, where dozens of anti-ICE protesters burst through the doors during worship. They encircled attendees, shouted demands for “Justice for Renee Good,” and accused one of the pastors, David Easterwood, of conflicting loyalties due to his position as acting director of ICE’s local enforcement office. Video footage showed the chaos, with children visibly frightened and the service grinding to a halt.

Let's see if Bondi can hold her.
Will be a nothingburger.

One notices an abrupt and extreme about face from the usual suspects. It was not long ago at all that they were weeping and wailing about protestors standing outside abortion clinics and passed legislation enabling the authorities to haul protestors away in handcuffs. Not even entering and disrupting, mind you, just walking the sidewalk carrying a sign was enough to get you arrested if you were too close to the clinic.

Now, oh no, it's the sacred right of all to enter a church and shut down the service. How things have changed.

But not ICE! Oh, hell no!

Our church has locked the front door forever. They say it is so people can't come in late and interrupt the service. I say it is because they can hold you hostage until them collection plates are filled.

Thanks. That inspires me to double my weekly gift, even though my church, between the hours of 7AM and 7PM never locks its doors.

I wonder how these liberals would feel if we showed up to their social events and pulled this kind of thing? Why, I bet they’d be a might bit livid..

Always acceptable when it’s NIMBY..

They're the violent ones. If there was something there they could hit you with, you'd get hit.

We don't even take up a collection, just let people voluntarily give. Donations went up significantly when they did that.

We do that. Slip a check in the mail. With the exception of our six year old daughter gives hers in the collection plate.

We give online. The are offering plates in the back of the church if anyone wants to drop in their donation.

Since I've been attending my Catholic church, no one has ever mentioned money, except for the yearly appeal from the Bishop. I have asked a few parishioners if they have an idea of what a suitable gifting amount is, and there is no such thing. If I put a quarter in the basket, it would be as welcome as a $1,000 gift.

What compels me most to be generous is when I can see the evidence that my gift is making something happen. Example -- I give generously to the Knights of Columbus because I can see the pro-life billboard they put by the highway and I can see the new ultrasound machine that they donated to a maternity counseling service, because it's been proven that when a pregnant woman sees the baby in her womb, she is far less likely to kill that child.

There is no amount of money that can adequately thank the church for all the gifts it gives to the community.
