If Trump promised to give to any city, 6 supermarkets, the Democrats would cry the blues. If Trump falsely promised to speed up busses and make them for free, Trump would be called a liar. He won't last. Would those who would support the liar, tell us why?

Trump has been more involved economically in the economy than most GOP in the past, he has been selective though and it is for the righteous purpose as consumers need a break.

He has squeezed pharmaceutical execs (rightfully so), passed the Trump birth bonus, used state capital to purchase shares of intel and others, pushing for alternatives for peoples retirement funds if they do not have one etc.

Some purists may be critical but I see a guy who is not inflexible and is considering what is important for a healthy society that should be raising children. He is also investigating beef companies for suspicion of price gouging.

If he can get costs of housing and food down, his chances in the midterms would increase significantly
