Poster Nostra is illiterate. Four persons have been charged with abuse of a lawful New Jersey local practice--bearing up to three ballots to the polls, on behalf of others. It is controlled. The controls were violated. The matter is now widespread public information. The pleas tend to "Not Guilty" in the unique--not mass corruption--cases.

The election was overturned since an usual number of ballots had to be disqualified.
