Yes, the media has influence but the power of the press is small compared to the power of an experienced con artist. The press can only "tilt" the truth a bit as they are legally viable when a lie is given (like FOX having to pay $770 million for the lie they spread). What it says is that since the only way to end an epidemic like Covid, you need to get 72% of the population infected and with acquired immunity as quickly as possible.
But Fauci prevented that, and cause over a million additional needless deaths, by deliberately "flattening the curse", which prevented acquired immunity from reaching 72% and ending it.
