Not Surprisingly, The Leftists Won this Election Based on a Lie

Move

I’ll chip in on your plane ticket
Didn't you move to Canada when Clinton and Obama failed to rig the 2016 Election like The DNC rigged their primaries?

No. Turning the tables would require a statement of fact from you that would show your opponent to be wrong. You're just spouting shit.
Liberals don't deal in facts, only lies and feelings. They believe in invisible enemies like Global Warming, Income Inequity, Gender Inequality, and a whole host of other religious mumbo jumbo that comes from their PC Cult which is nothing but neatly packaged lies straight from their god and hero, Lucifer.

Say hello to daddy Satan for us when you get to Hell.

Well given the steady parade Trump/Hitler analogies by the MSN excuuuuuse me all to hell for having a bit of fun at your expense......Nah, I really enjoyed it. :)

Here's a little taste from your ilk:

CNN's 'Mental Health Expert': Trump worse than Hitler

Oh yes, Pepperidge Farms remembers. ;)

They didn't win shit. They cheated and extended vote counting until they could manufacture enough ballots to deny the GOP candidate.
Take note how not one of these extended vote counts favored a single GOP candidate. Most of the GOP candidates were ahead, and most took a week to generate enough votes to pull out a narrow win for the DemNazi candidate instead.

If this continues we will have one party rule at The Federal Level like we do in places like California, Illinois, and PA.
Yep, and that is their goal, projection is their biggest ally, they project fascism on Republicans, while they rule like fascists.

The court NEVER said it was for the states to decide. They simply noted it wasn't a Constitutionally protected right. Republicans over and over said they would try and pass a nationwide ban. How could this be if it's strictly a state right?

All the same what happens is voters come out to vote for a representative in the state they believe will protect what they want at the state level and that translates into national election votes also.

It's really not that difficult to understand.
The SC ruling said that abortion is not a federal constitutional issue. Therefore it becomes an issue for the voters of each state to decide.

the dems are pushing to codify Roe thereby making it a constitutional guarantee, while the republicans are pushing for a federal constitutional ban on abortion. Neither should prevail and each state's voters should vote on how abortion will be handled in their state.

I will never understand why abortion has become the number one issue in all recent elections, but it has and I can only conclude that it is such because it is such an emotional issue with both sides.

My solution would be a national referendum on it as part of the 2024 elections. Let 100% of the registered voters in the country vote on it and put it to bed forever one way or the other.

So democrats vote for more dead babies, perversion through gender confusion, punishing successful people, by taking their money to give to those who won't work. Got it

It's a big issue because ity's big business killing babies, and keeps a lot of murderers employed, and of course then there is the issue of selling parts of dead babies! Democrats worship at the altar of Molech

Many things not in the Constitution is decided at the Federal Level. Where does the Constitution address marijuana?

If either side gets a law passed, it doesn't make either position a Constitutional guarantee. It just makes it the law.

That's true.

It wouldn't do that. Whichever side lost would continue to push their position. Referendums can change with the next election. I believe John Roberts had it right. (though I do not believe that should be the end of it).

the constitution does not address pot, that's why its up to each state. pretty basic. It also does not address abortion, same applies.

You say it's up to each state BUT there is a federal law addressing marijuana. You can't just ignore facts to suit your argument.

sales and production of pot are up to each state. that is what the federal law says.

Federal law makes it illegal. No, they are not really enforcing that any longer but they most certainly have in the past and it's still illegal at the federal level.

Simple fact.

As I've noted previously, the drive that pushed the Democrats over the top last week was the two-pronged attach (certainly developed through focus groups) that (a) a vote for Republicans is a vote against "democracy," and (b) vote for Democrats to protect abortion rights.

The first one is, of course, nonsense, both logically and factually, but so what?

The second one, however, is evil because it was a blatant strategy of exploiting voter ignorance.

Democrats in Congress literally CANNOT do anything to "protect" or "promote," or "enhance" the right of a woman to get an abortion. They simply cannot do it.

The Dobbs decision stands for the proportion that, absent some mention of abortion in the Constitution or an enabling Constitutional Amendment, the Federal government (that is to say, Congress) has no legitimate role in making abortion policy. It is entirely a matter for the States to decide, each in their own judgment.

Politically, one might say that Lindsey Graham "teed up" the issue with his foolish "abortion ban" gambit [Republican Graham proposes national ban on abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy], but the fact remains that any attempt by Congress to state or implement a national abortion policy would "immediately" be shot down by the USSC.

And they knew this. No abortion-related law will pass Congress, now or ever.

Leftists are evil. They won this election on lies, distortions, and refusal to discuss the actual issues.
Politicians using lies, distortion, and fear to get elected! I'm shocked! Not even in the 2016 election. For every instance of Dems doing these things I suspect the GOP has done at least as much.

Most Repub voters believed the states' rights was the way to go on abortions. The nationwide ban was by a minimum of people. Abortions are a behavioral issue.
