Workers for the ship building company Huntington Ingalls are furious over the mandate that they must be vaccinated by December 8th. A letter from COOO Chris Kastner informed employees that if they don’t get vaccinated they could lose their jobs which incited protests.
A group gathered last Friday protesting the mandate and only 59% of shipbuilders are vaccinated. Should Huntington Ingalls follow through with Joe Biden’s mandate it would cripple the shipbuilding industry.
In Washington State there has been “unprecedented” disruptions because of “staffing shortages.”
The Samish, which is one of three vessels serving the Anacortes- San Juan Islands was taken out of service after 28 workers called out.
State Ferries spokesperson Ian Sterling reported that 230 employees have not complied with the State’s vaccination mandate which has crippled the ferry system.
“We still have time before the 18th. We don’t know what the full impact will be and how many people will choose to leave state employment,” Sterling said.
The ferry system is the only “viable way off the islands for most people” and the staffing shortage is going to cause a crisis in the area.
The union representing pilots for American Airlines has warned the company they may end up in the same boat as Southwest Airlines during the holiday seasons if they don’t start accepting exemptions.
“Some of APA’s members are unable to undergo vaccination for documented medical reasons, while others are reluctant to get vaccinated based upon concerns about the potential for career-ending side effects,” read the Sept. 24 letter.

I was being mildly sarcastic when I used the word “adjust”. The hard truth, that everyone knows who hasn't allowed himself to be deeply brainwashed and deceived, is that the number of claimed deaths from COVID has been massively exaggerated, by claiming as COVID deaths deaths which were clearly from other causes having no connection to COVID, and even cases where there was no evidence that the decedent even had COVID at all.
Even the corrupt CDC admitted that only about 6% of claimed COVID deaths are genuinely from COVID itself, and whatever the CDC admits, you have to know that the truth is much more damning than that.

As one antivaxxer pointed out, I'm taking the vaccine because I won't the freedom to go into restaurants, bars, sporting events. On the Oct. 25th another mandate in the Seattle area requires vaccinations to enter bars, restaurants, and gyms. Also statewide, vaccination or current negative test required at all major gatherings.Good.

Both SSD (disabled workers who have 40 quarters of work under Social Security) and SSI (disable and who don't meet Social Security qualifications) are both difficult to get qualified, particularly SSI. I have been trying for over a year and a half to get my granddaughter who is schizophrenic qualified. She has received two checks and Social Security said she was not qualified and return the checks, so we did. We called Social Security and they said she was medically qualified but needs a phone interview. How the hell do you do a phone interview with someone who talks to ghosts and only giggles when you talk to her. Social Security just called and wanted to know why we returned the checks.You don't know enough about it to make comments. First of all SS uses a point system. Age is part of that point system as they know when you lose your job and career late in life, getting a replacement is nearly impossible. Next (as my lawyer explained) is that SS uses a 15 year window. If you worked in any other field within that 15 years, they will disqualify you because you have experience in another field of work. You will then have to prove you cannot work your former career either.
Once accepted they put you into one of three categories. The first is the likelihood of you being able to return to work. They review your records and improvements every six months to a year and make a decision whether you can go back to work or not. Category 2 is where they review your records every three or four years. Category 3 is when your situation is hopeless because it will never get better, but they still review your records every seven years. I was placed in category 3. Even if they reviewed my records in seven years and decided I could go back to work, I'd be on SS retirement anyway.
