Expect it to spread throughout the country. This is how it starts (aside from ushering them in as a matter of policy.)

Anyway...

''The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously with no discussion to allow the county to no longer require U.S. citizenship for government jobs...."

''According to the adopted motion, the new policy "ensures that applicants for employment are fairly and equitably considered, without regard to national origin, citizenship..."

''Solis wrote in a statement when the motion was introduced. "And while our County-government workforce reflects the community it represents, there is room for improvement. This motion seeks to make clear that the County, as one of the largest employers in the region, strives to be an inclusive and diverse workforce, and is committed to not excluding nor allowing citizenship to be a barrier to employment."

"This motion, by Supervisors Solis and Kuehl, will promote equity in hiring and give the Public Defender’s Office access to the most qualified applicants for employment, irrespective of their citizenship status."

"An immigrant’s experience will advance our vision, mission, and values..."

Continued...

California. Eh..

Land of fruits and nuts.

For now.

These shenanigans in California, predictably, will be the stalking horse for the rest of the country.

They're not rolling out the red carpet and busing/flying them all over the country by the millions to populate localities for nothing.

From the report...

"An immigrant’s experience will advance our vision, mission, and values to protect our clients’ legal and human rights and enable us to more readily realize my goal that our employees fully represent the demographics of the population that we serve," García continued.

The new policy said ending the citizenship requirement will also help bring in workers who can speak multiple languages, thus "connecting with vulnerable communities and establishing new connections to critical services."

Problem. Reaction. Solution.

Supervisors Solis and Kuehl, who led the motion, are pictured second and third in this photo.

Though the motion was voted on unanimously with no discussion.

''The board, in my opinion, is one of the more progressive boards of supervisors that I've seen in more than a century...with a crisis, I believe there is opportunity," said Hilda Solis, Board Supervisor who introduced the motion and who was referenced in the report, stating that '' my goal is that our employees fully represent the demographics of the population that we serve,"

So it's abundantly clear that these non-citizens will be given government employment, meaning agents of government, per this unanimous decision on the undiscussed motion of the board, to represent the interest of non-citizens...whom, as she stated, they serve.

Listening to them all share their perspectives on governance in that video was actually quite disturbing.

They likely had to vote with no discussion, because some of them couldn't speak English. How do you have a discussion without speaking the same language.

If the Chinese invaded, these women would give blow jobs and screw to stay alive. The Chinese could win.

It really just baffles me that California, irrelevant of popular opinion, is largely conservative (if even by the modern, bastardized definition) yet the governing bodies are largely these types.

How do the people of California even let that continue to happen? It's crazy.

A non-citizen isn't even fully under the jurisdiction of the United States, technically speaking.

So you have people who aren't even technically fully under the jurisdiction of the United states being given employment as agents of government.

What the actual heck. That's just brilliant.

Yea, but I wonder what the details are....??

In the article it indicates that the County has openings for lawyers that they have not been able to fill, with foreign lawyers practicing here and in business, or awaiting their 5 year citizenship waiting period, that applied for these job openings, but the way the law was, they could not hire them!

So, the article gave the "feel" of this being for green card holders, awaiting citizenship....to me.

Maybe this has shit-all to do with anything but the Hispanic barrios that are popping up here and there in the Shenandoah Valley (where they work in the poultry and warehousing industries) seem to be self-policing when compared to the white/black areas.

The cops seldom have calls in those areas because when they have people that act-up they are "taken care of" by the Hispanics that live there, usually by exile after being beat to a inch of their lives.

More than a few Hispanic "floaters" have been found in the Shenandoah River too.....They are usually found out to be multiple deportees with criminal records.

The Left just absolutely refuses to learn.

Right, because they are not pragmatic, same as those that didn’t vote for a guy simply because they didn’t like his personality. Those are the adolescent minded people that are running the country.
