You can't play the race card just because crazy cops went nuts on a black man. That is NOT systemic racism, that is a one-off cop crime. There are 330,000,000 Americans and about 900,000 sworn-in police officers. If you look at the last 10-years there were NOT a massive number of police brutality cases.

Then look at the crime data, blacks commit crimes about twice the rate of whites. So they get arrested more and jailed more. If blacks don't want to be arrested, DON'T BREAK THE LAW!!
