What a loss that would be! Probably the most popular of Sports Illustrated every year.

Only four months after taking over Sports Illustrated, the publisher Authentic Brands is preparing to lay off up to 40 employees.

And they plan to replace them with contracted reporters.

This is typical. Every corporate pur phase has the same business model. It is the following.

1. Buy a good company.
2. Fire it's employees to get a 1 % share price spike. Collect bonus.
3. Sell it off to the next buyer before they find out that you killed it.

American capitalism complete.

By the way, there is no point to have swim suit pictures in America. Americans can only see women in foreign films. So it is logical that the swim suit pics are replaced by obesity pics. Hehehe
