I say the same thing about this as I do about other public demonstrations. 99.9% of the time, these events are nothing more than a giant show of virtue signalling that seek nothing more than to flaunt one's perceived moral superiority against the person or issue being protested. These people have absolutely no solutions to propose, will achieve absolutely nothing but giving the participants gooshy feelings about themselves, and in many cases, haven't even really identified a specific matter to protest about. They will say "But we made our voices heard!" Who cares? It accomplishes nothing!
