No Gay Marriage on Tribal Lands

Funny how "advocacy groups" won't challenge a libtard victim group like an Indian tribe "recognizing that tribes have an inherent right to regulate domestic relations within their own boundaries."

Apparently US Citizens don't have such rights within the boundaries of their states though.

I just don't get it. Why are people expecting anyone here to get their panties in a bunch over laws in other nations?

Those nations are on american soil. I'm all for them getting to choose, but you are being inconsistent with your regard to gay marriage.

The conservative evangelical movement, which sought to redefine marriage to include only a man and a woman, is now regaling itself with insignificant incidents meant to reinforce the denial that they've lost the war.

This one isn't even a battle of the bulge, it's more like an isolated farm house full of 13 year old boys forced into action.

Haven't you big strong righties been paying attention?

Erm, no. Nobody is being inconsistent with their positions. They are simply being inconsistent with your mischaracterization of their position.

and?

the supreme court also can't make a church perform a particular marriage.

the marriages performed elsewhere still have to be recognized as legal.

your point?
The Native American lesbian wants to sue over this. She can't sue. Tribal law is not beholden to the white man's law. Get it? Consider reading the linked article.

and the pile of decaying organic matter used as fertilizer? what do you want?
I want nothing from you, you mindless leftist parrot.

So if the baker was an Indian, he could use his nationality to refuse to bake queers a cake?

What a ridiculous question. Everyone knows that Native Americans are all casino owners. It's the only profession allowed by tribal law.

So you are deflecting. Hypocrite.

You are the one the one trying to shoehorn public accommodation laws into this thread. Hypocrite.
I'm just trying to get a liberal to be consistent for once.

What does public accommodation laws have to do with gay marriage in the Ak-Chin Indian Community?

No outrage from you for the Indians being homophobes, because they tend to vote democrat?

Why do I care which way they vote? I am not a Democrat. Do I like it? No. Other than whining about on the Internet there isn't anything I can do to force Ak-Chin Indian Community to allow gay marriages.
