During the Obama administration, the requirement for due process for ~75% of deportees was satisfied through a review by a DHS or ICE agent, who acted as both judge and jury.
No judge, no witnesses, no attorney, no appeal.
Most of these deportees were rounded up within 100 miles of the border and deported regardless of they were criminals or not.

Liberals - who fully approve of the deportation means and methods of the Obama administration - would scream bloody murder if this happened under the Trump administration.
