The business I work for serves a mostly rich white community and yet the ranks of our leaders are saturated with minorities and women and have been for years. They're hiring them for that first. And when you do that, as stated, it's hit or miss. There are plenty of incompetent people who work there, another sign of the post-pandemic times...BUT MUCH MORESO IN MANAGEMENT and LEADERSHIP positions...because that's where DEI hiring is focused.

He wouldn’t need to “toss” anything in to trigger certain people. He touched a nerve on many subjects with lefties because he told the truth. Hearing the truth challenged their ideology/indoctrination. That is equaivlant to challenging someone’s faith to an indoctrinated person. Seeing as many, if not most, who opposed Charlie are godless, their de facto faith is their indoctrination and dedication to the Democratic Party and it’s ideals. This kind of explains why they get so defensive when challenged.
