If they got here through mexico they should ho back the same wayWhat if they are not Mexican?
Chuckie is an idiot.Funny how Schumer & Co don't seem to think we need any changes in border policy. Everything's just fine there. The border is secure. Not one change is needed, even as fellow state Democrats attack border policy.

Senate Republicans hold firm in face of last-minute White House push for Ukraine aid
Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said Tuesday he will advocate Republican senators vote against advancing additional aid for Ukraine and Israel "to make the point, hopefully for the final time, that we insist on meaningful changes to the border." In a continuing standoff over the aid the...www.yahoo.com

“Real immigration reform must happen. But if the GOP drags its feet for any longer, it will simply get left behind. Generations of immigrants to come will only have Democrats to thank for the lives they can build in America; what they’ll remember of the GOP is nothing but insults and ignorance. The GOP needs to start getting smart on immigration — for the sake of the party, and the country. “Such as?

The GOP is stuck in a losing battle against immigration
While playing hardball may put points on the board in the short term, the GOP’s broadly anti-immigration platform is a losing strategy in the long termthehill.com
The law is not fine. The UN mandate is not being handled realistically. They don't even have numbers on what we should be accepting, and their handling of the hearings, even the scheduling of the hearings, is total Bullsht.Wrong.
The Law is fine, the Biden "illegal" lack of enforcement is the problem.
Trump had the border right, build the wall, wait in Mexico, period.
McConnell got it right today. No money until the border is sealed tight, period.
You're wrong on this..... Research it!![]()
Wow dude, nice post. Thank you for being honest once! I’m clappingIf only the Congress and the Senate would do their jobs and address immigration reform, through the law, their legislation....
Instead of law so loose as a goose, that each executive (President), can make their own rules thru executive orders, that do NOT break the constitution or The Law, from one President to another, with complete opposite approaches....? How can that be?
The Congress and Senate are at fault for ALL of this, because they've avoided immigration law reform since President Bush the 2nd....20 plus years! They are gutless, yellow bellies....afraid to do their work, and come up with an immigration law plan, that would be accepted by both parties, even if just barely acceptable.
They are afraid of YOU, the voters, who on both sides sees compromise with the other side, as the worst thing ever! Sad!
Mexico allowed them to cross its territory and thats where the migrants belongMillions? I'm not sure Mexico would see it that way.
Couldn't they say the same to us?Mexico allowed them to cross its territory and thats where the migrants belong
...
lolSeems like they are starting to have second thoughts.
Whose side are you on?Couldn't they say the same to us?
What "side"? Is the Biden administration letting this happen or not?Whose side are you on?
Theirs or ours?
So nobody is being deported? They aren't enforcing the laws on the books now.![]()
What did Trump have right in his policy? Why don't YOU detail the policies of Trump's on immigration that solves all of our problems, as you claim?1. You whine that the law needs to be changed, but never detail any proposed changes, that says it all, total bullshit.
2. I lived thru the Trump presidency, he had the border correct, and he had to fight the dems tooth & nail to build the wall.
They are... The laws are loose as a goose.... So each president gets to do their own thing as long as they loosely follow the way they interpret the law..... Any thing the executive does can be brought to court and rejected by the SC.....They aren't enforcing the laws on the books now.![]()
1. Trump had immigration policy perfect. No one enters without having a hearing and being granted entrance. They needed to wait in Mexico until they were cleared to enter. Trump built the wall. Trump deported everyone who entered illegally, similar to the "deporter-in-chief" Obama. Immigration Law under Trump was perfect as far as I know, immigration based on merit only. What did Trump have right in his policy? Why don't YOU detail the policies of Trump's on immigration that solves all of our problems, as you claim?
And if his policies are so perfect, WHY WOULDN'T YOU WANT CONGRESS TO CODIFY HIS POLICIES IN TO LAW???
Immigration law needs reforming....we can NOT keep going on like this....And you are being soooooo small minded it is almost embarrassing.....!!!
Immigration law includes visas, quotas, caps on immigrants by country coming in legally each year, and done by types of visas...
It covers spending for more border patrol, walls, port of entries, legal crossings and customs...
Immigration law includes definitions of who is a refugee, on what countries can be accepted as asylum seekers, and even caps on that if congress would legislate it....
Immigration reform includes immigration courts, and funding and how many immigration judges who'd have to process those seeking asylum, and give them their day in court, who are so short handed the illegals and refugees are waiting years for their court dates and get to stay here while waiting....
And then there is the immigration issue of what to do with the illegals that are here...Jesus, Mary and Joseph!
We need congress to address and fund, securing the border.....And immigration reforms are drastically needed!
I think biden has been shocked by the consequences of his very stupid border policy and is trying to limit the political damage heading into the 2024 electionWhat "side"? Is the Biden administration letting this happen or not?
