A Picturesque Apocalypse
Thursday, Nov. 15
Packers at Seahawks 8:20 p.m. Close game, Seahawks get home edge

Sunday, Nov. 18
Panthers
at Lions 1 p.m. Can't trust the Lions
Cowboys at Falcons 1 p.m. Falcons bounce back after a bad loss
Bengals at Ravens 1 p.m. Bengals defense is pretty bad, while the Ravens' is good
Titans at Colts 1 p.m. After beating the Pats, watch the Titans play a bad game
Texans at Redskins 1 p.m. The Redskins aren't as good as their 6-3 record
Buccaneers at Giants 1 p.m. Which bad team will win?
Steelers at Jaguars 1 p.m. Surging Steelers beat the disappointing Jags
Broncos at Chargers 4:05 p.m. Chargers are one of the best teams in the league atm
Raiders at Cardinals 4:05 p.m. Another game between bad teams, Cards get home edge
Eagles at Saints 4:25 p.m. Eagles need the win, but Saints are too much for them
Vikings at Bears 8:20 p.m. This could be a very good one. I think the Bears D does just enough to hold off the Vikes

Monday, Nov. 19
Chiefs at Rams 8:15 p.m. I was going to take the Chiefs, but with the game now in LA, I'll go with the Rams

I’ll go with the Pukers tonight although I hope you’re right. I’m not that lucky.

The Packers are now 0-5 on the rode this season alone! What's the deal with so called great QB's that stink on the rode? Brady's been exposed by the worst teams in the league; now Rodger's coming up short yet again! :102: :2cents: :aargh:

Well lost out on the Thursday game, but on the bright side, the Pukers lost.

Sunday games
Bengals at Ravens --- Think the Ravens break their losing streak.
Cowpies at Falcons --- C'mon Falcons!
Succaneers at Jints --- Suckarama bowl. I'll go with the Jersey Jints.
Steelers at Jags --- Steelers get revenge for last year.
Texassans at Skins --- Good matchup. Think the Texassans win.
Titans at Colts --- Titans been winning some tough games.
Panthers at Kitties --- Panthers should bounce back against the Lions.
Broncos at Chargers --- Chargers at "home".
Raiders at Cards --- Suckarama part deux. I'll go with the Cards at home.
Eagles at Saints --- What a difference a year makes. Saints at home.
Vikes at Bears --- Good matchup. Close divisional game. I'll go with Vikes.

Monday Game
Chefs at Rams --- Glad they moved the game back to LA from Mexico City. Game of the week. I believe I'm going to go with the Rams. Hopefully they can make a couple stops. Both offenses are incredible. The Rams defense is fairly good, the Chefs defense is bad.

Rodgers' stats this year:

Home/Away Att Comp Pct Yds Avg Lng TD Int 1st 1st% 20+ Sck Rate
Home Games 186 116 62.4 1,489 8.0 75 9 1 62 33.3 18 13 101.3

Road Games 199 122 61.3 1,584 8.0 64 10 0 70 35.2 21 17 103.1

He looks pretty even statistically at home and on the road.

In the 5 road losses, GB has given up 31, 31, 29, 31, and 27 points.
In the 4 home wins, GB has given up 23, 0, 30, and 12 points.

Rodgers has 6 games this year with better than a 100 passer rating. Three of those were in road losses. His only interception was in a shutout win over Buffalo.

It's not all on the QB, not by far. And perhaps there's good reason home field is considered an advantage.

All that said, Green Bay isn't going to be a playoff team, or go anywhere in the playoffs should they squeak their way in, if they can't win on the road.

Well lost out on the Thursday game, but on the bright side, the Pukers lost.

Sunday games
Bengals at Ravens --- Think the Ravens break their losing streak. --- Check
Cowpies at Falcons --- C'mon Falcons! --- Nope. Failcons can't stop anyone.
Succaneers at Jints --- Suckarama bowl. I'll go with the Jersey Jints. --- Check.
Steelers at Jags --- Steelers get revenge for last year. --- Check.
Texassans at Skins --- Good matchup. Think the Texassans win. --- Check.
Titans at Colts --- Titans been winning some tough games. --- Nope. Mariota hurt, Colts win big.
Panthers at Kitties --- Panthers should bounce back against the Lions. --- Nope. Idiot coach goes for 2 pt conversion and blows it. Kitties beat Pussycats.
Broncos at Chargers --- Chargers at "home". --- Nope. Broncos pull out a win.
Raiders at Cards --- Suckarama part deux. I'll go with the Cards at home. --- Nope. Raiders win 2nd game.
Eagles at Saints --- What a difference a year makes. Saints at home. --- Check. Saints look unstoppable.
Vikes at Bears --- Good matchup. Close divisional game. I'll go with Vikes. --- Nope. Bears look like best team in the NFC North at this point.

5-7 going into Monday. Bad week for me too.

I think I forgot to count the Thursday game when I tallied up my score, I'm 6-6 going into tonight's game. Still not good. :p

a dream come true, just got back from LA yesterday after a two week trip.a dream come true seeing the Rams play in LA. Only other time i had ever seen the Los Angeles Rams play was in 85 when they were here in kansas city having the chance to see Eric Dickerson in real life.Only time i went to a chiefs game here in kc.saw my Rams play pete the cheat and the seahawks.never was in doubt while being a close game the rams would pull it out.You just KNEW pete the cheat would throw this game. Ever since that superbowl against the cheaters,I have been awake that he ALWAYS throws big games.:abgg2q.jpg: when he called for an onside kick in the final five minutes of the game and the Rams recovered it,i was saying to me friend who made the trip out there with me-"we called it,we knew late in the game he would throw this game with some stupid bonehead call." You just KNOW that pete the cheat knew the Rams would recover that onside kick.:abgg2q.jpg:

He did something equally just as much asinine last year on a monday night game. Its always the big games he throws.:abgg2q.jpg:

I'm curious how, if Carroll ALWAYS throws big games, the Seahawks won the Super Bowl with him as coach. :eusa_think:

SINCE then as a seahawks coach,he throws games. He wasnt back then but NOW since he has his ring,he doesnt care,he'll take payoffs and throw games over winning now anyday of the year.

He is like the evil and corrupt former NFL owner of the chiefs Lamar Hunt. Hunt should have fired Carl Peterson their general manager they had for over 2o years at least a decade before his son clark did after lamar died and clark took over ownership. any other NFL team peterson would have been fired and not held on to his job over 20 years,10 years at the MOST.

Hell he would STILL have it now if Lamar was still alive.LOL But Lamar never fired him cause he already had his superbolw ring when the chiefs won the superbowl back in the early 70's. He had his superbowl ring so he did not care if the chiefs never made it back. He was only interested in making money and filling the stadium.peterson did just that for him.

you ask many chiefs fans here in kc,they also echo that same sentiment.:D

oh and since this is a prediction thread and the only team i ever watch is playing tonight,i expect my Rams to beat the chiefs in another high scoring wild shootout tonight. The Rams defense is so overrated. If this was a midwest team like the chiefs, they would NEVER get the praise they get.they would rightly so get the same critisem the chiefs rightly so get for their horrible defense they have. i see many around here saying the rams will be in the superbowl from the NFC.i dont think they will.i think it will be the saints from the NFC.

The Rams defense did a lot to win this game. 3 interceptions, 2 fumbles, and 2 defensive TD's. If they didn't show up the way they did, the Chefs would have walked away winners tonight. Congrats Rams! Heck of a track meet - over 1000 yards of offense and over 100 points scored.
