The depressing thing is the administration was briefed on the danger of ISIS and the threat they were becoming over a year ago and it took getting to this point before the President would even authorize limited targeted airstrikes whatever that means.

I'm very conflicted over this action. The Kurds really went out on a limb for us in the past. We probably owe them assistance. On the other hand, going back to Iraq is really a bad thing. Guess I have to give Obama credit for standing up in the end.
