Meanwhile, instead of sending Chinese Virus patients to those places, Cuomo sends them to Nursing Homes where the most vulnerable live. Hmmmmm............seems like he is trying to solve his budget crisis by killing off Grandma and Grandpa by the thousands with the Chinese Virus.
