New York Governor Kathy Hochul just broke rank with fellow Democrats

My my, the times they are a-changin'.
Kathy Hochul has a lot to answer for, though.
Article IV, section 4 of The Constitution, for instance.
/—-/ And her congestion pricing is going to kill everything south of 60th street. New Yorkers and New Jerseyans know what I mean.

Only when there is a constitutional amendment that covers it. Most of the Deportation laws are actually presidential policies. In this case, either Congress and the Prez have to put it into a law (hasn't really happened) or it's up to the courts. If none of those two things don't happen, it's up to the State.
The Supremacy Clause of the Constitution of the United States (Article VI, Clause 2) establishes that the Constitution, federal laws made pursuant to it, and treaties made under its authority, constitute the "supreme Law of the Land", and thus take priority over any conflicting state laws.

President Trump will invoke The National Emergencies Act (NEA) (Pub. L. 94–412, 90 Stat. 1255, enacted September 14, 1976, codified at 50 U.S.C. § 1601–1651) is a United States federal law passed to end all previous national emergencies and to formalize the emergency powers of the President.

Hopefully Hokum will interfere and she will be arrested.

Let the military tribunals and firing squads commence!
Fauci, Milley. Maybe not the tranny.
Idk, but traitors need to pay!

/—-/ Hokum was a last minute pick by Andy Boy Cuomo. No one can stand her in Albany. She’s an opportunist and will bend either way the political winds blow.

You're almost nihilistic AF dude. :dunno:
No, I'm the precise opposite.

I'm just not one of these folk...

Trump and Americans are going to get that Congress right, and it will be the best thing done in a century or more.
And Matt Gaetz is going to be leading the charge. Watch.
It's going to be government by The People, For The People. That's how it's supposed to be.
The times, they do be a-changing.

Well, as I said, I suppose that we will see.

Government created the problem by trafficking all of these millions of foreigners into the country in the first place.

Why?

So they could ''fix'' it.

That's why.

Thats how it always operates.

That's how problem, reaction, solution works.

When it all pans out, I'm more of the view that it's war on us, as freemen.

As I said, I think they're just passing the baton off to each other from administration to administration to achieve full spectrum dominance over every move you make.

It's a gradual, continuing process of government running these gambits to quench its thirst for more and more and more power and control over an electorate that it very much now fears.

That's their plan, and it's working in the UK, Canada, and Mexico. But that ain't gonn' fly in the US! :WooHooSmileyWave-vi:

Any gullible idiot who believed that the Dems wanted to control the border now has no excuse but to face the truth about them - they not only don’t want to secure the border, but they are fighting tooth and nail to KEEP the illegals here.

She isn't going with the MAGAt deportation scheme. She wants to deport criminals and not law abiding illegals. There is a huge difference. This isn't political nor should the nightmares of the Orange Cheeto Gawd wannbe come into play here.
No such thing as law abiding illegal. They broke the law when they jumped the border or overstayed their visa. They too must be deported.

/—-/ What’s your opinion on law abiding drug smugglers? How about law abiding bank robbers? Any sympathy for law abiding drunk drivers?

I would say this though. Those illegals who haven't committed criminal acts since jumping the border would be welcome back, but do it the proper way and wait your turn in line.
/—-/ I believe the offer is one pass, but if you cross illegally a second time you can never apply for citizenship again for life.

There is no such thing as a law abiding citizen. Did you cut the light too close where if a cop had been present he would have issued a citation? Did you turn yourself in? So you think you found a gotcha on this one. If that's all you got then you are just being stupid. Why change.

Argumentum ad absurdum, the first resort of the idiot.
