What that article doesn't point out is that those with "Progressive" and "Occupy" in them were targeted for speedier approval, not delayed. Some were "Progressive" and "Occupy" groups were approved in as little as 30 days while “Tea Party” and “Patriot” groups have been waiting for years any kind of decision.

And that is the pure evil genius of Lerner's plan.. By not making a decision at all, they prevented the Conservative groups from doing anything at all. They couldn't even appeal the decision because there wasn't one to appeal.
