The lesson here is if you are confronted by law enforcement officers, do not resist and if you are carrying a gun, immediately surrender it to the officers. Even if you managed to escape, once they have found you the best you can hope for is to be a fugitive on the run for the rest of your life.

You forget that these men are masked and do not identify themselves. It's hard to argue that being mercilessly killed by anonymous gunmen is preferable to being chased by them the rest of your life.

I assume, mobilized to a specific place, possibly to the 133rd Airlift wing. They actually have the 257th MP Company in that city. But, if it were me, I would not use them, in that city.
