New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

He harassed no one. You are advocated political assassination.

I'm actually very sad the man lost his life, and if indeed any of the agents acted inappropriately, then they should pay dearly.

It still comes down to the fact that state and local authorities refused to help ICE perform their duties. There wouldn't be chaos and violence if your side wasn't encouraging the mayhem, and were not actively harassing agents in the first place.

Also, the claim he had a legal permit for a concealed carry gun is unverified as far as I can tell.

Nobody, including you, has any idea what he did or did not deserve being that we haven't seen all the evidence and weren't there.
The Constitution is clear. You can protest and record the police. You can also be armed while doing so. What good is the Constitution if police are allowed to murder people exercising their Constitutional Rights?

And again, at the time he was murdered by ICE, he was unarmed, on the ground, with both hands visible on the ground. What threat did he pose at that time? None. That's why it's murder.

The Constitution is also clear about jurisdiction. Local LEO's are under no obligation to assist the Feds. As long as the locals don't interfere, they aren't doing anything illegal.

It's also understandable why the locals don't want ICE in Minneapolis. YTD, there has been 3 murders in the city. Two by ICE. Zero by immigrants. Who is more dangerous? Immigrants or ICE?

If you were a cop do you wait until his weapon clears his holster?

Wait what?
You've been listening to fascist government bullshit.
He did not brandish his gun. He didn't pull it from his holster.

The victim had his gun taken from him, was pinned to the ground by 6 masked gunmen, and was shot 12 times while he lay motionless on the ground. If you carry a gun with you to defend yourself, you should probably use it when you need to defend yourself.
The lesson here is if you are confronted by law enforcement officers, do not resist and if you are carrying a gun, immediately surrender it to the officers. Even if you managed to escape, once they have found you the best you can hope for is to be a fugitive on the run for the rest of your life.

I note here that neither Waltz nor Frey, in their statements in each’s press conferences today, told people not to interfere with federal officers conducting their operations.

Nope, because they want just the opposite. They want the chaos and violence.

If he had no I.D. or refused to give I.D. he is in violation of concealed carry Law.

What do you think a pistol permit is for?
Decoration.
It's for person protection and 2nd amendment rights protection.
You carry it everywhere, and you carry it ready to handle any bad situation you might find yourself in.

It's what republicans always dreamed would happen in an armed America.
It is unwise to carry in the vicinity of an active law enforcement operation, you dufus.

It appears he lost his cool and tried to draw on a LEO.
No it doesn’t. Again, at the time he was murdered by ICE, he was unarmed, on the ground, with both hands visible on the ground. What threat did he pose at that time? None. That's why it's murder.

Exercising his 1st, 2nd, and 4th amendment constitutional rights.

ICE and a trifecta of violations.

He could not legally have a concealed gun without I.D. or presenting I.D. to LE when asked.
