New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

^ Absurd position.

But I do recall when people didn’t mistakenly believe that they had any right to interfere with law enforcement in the performance of their legal duties.

Not even pretending. Youre another asshole advocated death for first amendment rights. ALL HE WAS DOING WAS VIDEOING THE OFFICERS. He wasn’t in anyone’s way. This is murder.
Why the **** did he go there?

To PROTEST ICE. Stay the **** home and stop trying to get in their way.

I dont give 2 ***** about this guy or your butthurt

What we hear from washington is even worse.
They claim he was planning to kill multiple ICE agents.

Even a grade school kid knows that the ICE agents are covered in body armor, and they all have firearms. One man isn't going to take down multiple officers, except as a suicide by cop.
I do not know what is reality in the deep state narrative. This might be true, more than likely, it is just more noise.

Most times I'm of the opinion they have agents in the press, on social media, and paid individuals in crowds, on both sides of the partisan divide, putting out conflicting narratives to divide the population against itself on purpose TBH.

Instead of cooperating with ICE, Minneapolis authorities have encouraged residents to harass agents who are duty bound to enforce our laws. They and the people in the streets are 100% responsible for this tragedy.
He harassed no one. You are advocated political assassination.

If you aren't trying to die by "suicide by cop"....

Then you do not bring a firearm to a protest demonstration.

The guy was obviously not mentally well.

Another case of Democrats using followers as disposable.

**** you. This guy did nothing wrong. Asshats like you think a guy videoing deserved murder. **** you.

Nobody, including you, has any idea what he did or did not deserve being that we haven't seen all the evidence and weren't there.

No concrete evidence of that yet. There is no way of knowing if that was the nurse's gun or the ICE agent's gun. I'm seeing both claims made on social media and naturally, the alleged owner of the gun comes down to which side of the political spectrum they are on.

Watch his hands. He comes in unarmed, clearly no gun in the right hand, reaches at the guy’s waist, walks away with a gun in his right hand.

If that's the case, then I'm sure it will come to light soon enough.

Then I’m not sure why you ask questions that don’t matter to you.

You asked if he was legally allowed to carry that weapon. Yes, he was.

Doesn’t matter to you. You’ll still support shooting him.
Of course....fighting with cops usually ends up being bad for you.

Let’s assume for a moment that it does turn out that he was a U.S. CITIZEN. Let’s also assume for the moment that he had a proper permit to carry the weapon.
We don't have to assume. Governor Waltz said all that, standing next to his chief of police.
You know the folks who issue gun permits.
Waltz had the chief of police brief him, who stood at his side, while he informed the press.

It is a rule on the Left to bring a loaded gun to a "mostly peaceful protest?" Asking for a friend. :D

And a responsible carry holder, carries one's permit.

Dude reportedly was not carrying ID, which is required by MN statute...

Display of permit; penalty.

(a) The holder of a permit to carry must have the permit card and a driver's license, state identification card, or other government-issued photo identification in immediate possession at all times when carrying a pistol and must display the permit card and identification document upon lawful demand by a peace officer, as defined in section 626.84, subdivision 1
