It's made very clear in the classes for a permit that you identify immediately that you have a CCP and cooperate with any instructions, and definitely never reach for the gun around law enforcement.
Most situations if the person is cooperating they will instruct to leave it exactly where it is.

I don't personally carry, and I can't get over the guy bringing a gun to a so called peaceful protest, especially when certain politicians are talking about agents getting shot. It's just asking for trouble.

Why would someone bring a gun to a “peaceful protest” you ask? Well there are more than few posters here who carry their guns to church. Why would you bring a gun to church?
