He wasn't trying to throw down with anyone. He was pepper sprayed. You know what that does to people. They can't see. They can't even think rationally.

After the pepper spray was deployed, that should've been the end of it, because those who were pepper sprayed aren't going to do anything but try and recuperate from the effects. and yes, a 9mm semi auto certainly can be considered an assault weapon.....AR-15 makes a 9mm, Uzi makes a 9mm etc. both are semi-auto as well.

So now 9mm semi-auto handguns such as the Glock, Sig, S&W, etc, are to be considered "assault weapons". You might want to let the NRA and Congress know.

Actually the video (various ones from multiple angles) show he was videoing ICE, was assaulted by ICE, was attempting to help a woman that ICE pushed down, and while being beaten that he never attempted to draw his weapon. ICE then removed the weapon from his rear holster, then shot with 10 rounds to the back after the removal.

No it doesn't. Unless you watched bias reaction video's. And I have. And I notice they put a lot of focus on irrelevant actions of Pretti. They skip over or purposely ignore important parts of this incident.
I like Tatum and the Hodgetwins. I'm a subscriber to both. But they're guilty of what I just described.
I think they do it because that's what the biggest part of their audience wants them to do.

Here's an unbias one that has slowed down important parts of the video. From a miliary veteran.

Correct and then approached them as they were involved in an arrest and then came running over when they were engaged with an individual.

I’ve heard people say he tried to help that individual up and also shield them.

The agent in the green shirt fired once, stalled, then fired 3 more rounds.
I've been watching a lot of video's about this, and they all end after the 4th shot.
So what you're saying, is why I could've sworn there were more shots. But was focusing on what led up to the first shooting.

That's insane that so many others kept shooting.

When you watch this video, it's insane why the agent even shot the first round.

You can skip to the 7:15 mark. Notice what green shirt (the shooting agent) is looking at, and is in plain sight of gray coats hand on his gun. And even after the gun has been retrieved, he's still looking at the empty holster.

FALSE!
He was INTERFERING with ICE (a felony-US Code18-111) by grabbing on to that woman, and as such, he was being arrested (not assaulted) by ICE.
ICE had no way of knowing if they guy had another gun or not, and just because someone is on the ground face down, that doesn't mean he couldn't pull out another gun and fire it.
Cops are taught to shoot suspects merely because of their hand(s) disappearing from view.

See how things can clear up when you aren't in the bubble of leftwing "news" propaganda ?
