New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

Pretti did make mistakes, and quite a few at that, and I am not going to ignore those and pretend they didn't happen.

However, I could tell you a few things he could have done that may have prevented the whole incident from happening, and I am not suggesting that has to include not leaving the house, not protesting, or not carrying a firearm.

Regrettably though, they aren't going to happen either, he will still be dead, as well as that is a fact and not just a thought.
The biggest mistake he made was thinking he still lived in a Country where you could protest without being executed.

At no point did I suggest he didn't suffer the consequences of failing to appropriately manage situation awareness while carrying a loaded fireman, and I won't mind if you have to support that idea with utter political bullshit, and just hope you or others don't manage to make the same stupid mistakes.

The cop who shot him made far more mistakes, and dangerous ones at that. The cop could have prevented the whole incident from happening if he had not been so intent on assaulting nonviolent women in the street.

And it certainly didn't erase all the mistakes Pretti made or keep him from getting shot.
I could have won the lottery if I had bought a ticket. I mean it probably wouldn't have happened, but it could have.

He wasn't breaking up an arrest. Being kindhearted, Pretti couldn't help but assist the woman who was violently shoved by the agent. It was obviously just something he had to do and help the woman.

“Alex was a kindhearted soul who cared deeply for his family and friends and also the American veterans whom he cared for as an ICU nurse at the Minneapolis VA hospital. Alex wanted to make a difference in this world. Unfortunately he will not be with us to see his impact,” the statement continued.

Such a kindhearted person that he showed up to harass police with an assault weapon and forty rounds......sure.

They need to take a few more seconds when someone's life is at stake, especially in this case.
If a police officer takes a "few more seconds" they or someone else could be dead.

The smart thing to do, is not arm yourself with an assault weapon and forty rounds and jump in the middle of an active arrest.

So now a 9mm with one mag in the firearm and 1 spare mag is now an "assault weapon and 40 rounds".

Where to you guys come up with this?

I support ICE 100%. But this was a bad shoot.

What really happened.

Pretti was keeping his distance when the two women that were there, walked across the road and within a couple of feet of BP and instigated a confrontation. When the BP agent turned to address them, they walked back over to where Pretti was, bringing BP with them. The two women initiated the close confrontation.
One positioned herself behind Pretti, involving him even more. The agent shoved the other, and Pretti tried to deescalate the confrontation because all three of them were now across the road and away from where the BP focus was. (the illegal they were detaining)

Then the BP started pepper spraying. And kept pepper spraying. Even though all three were no longer confrontational or involving themselves with BP's duties with the illegal.

At that point, the confrontation should've ended. But the BP agent was upset. And for good reason. The two women had pissed him off by interfering.

Pretti, suffering the effects of the pepper spray, blind and disoriented (because that's what pepper spray does, effectively), struggling to keep his senses, maybe still trying to help the woman up, and being man handled by BP, didn't know what to do.

BP, pull him down.

He's on his knee's and elbows. His hands are on or around his face. BP is trying to get him on his stomach. But or or two of them are pushing his upper body towards his hips. Think about that for a second, because it's important. There's no way Pretti can get down onto his stomach, because his thighs and knee's are between him and the ground.
The agent in the gray coat, see's this, and tries to pull his left leg out so Pretti can get on his stomach. But the other agents are pushing so hard, that he can't even get one leg out.
That's when gray coat see's Pretti's gun and reaches for it. It's also the same time where the agent in the green shirt see's gray coat go for Pretti's gun. Green shirt agent remains focused on gray coats hand and Pretti's pistol.
At the exactly moment gray coat is pulling Pretti's gun out of it's holster, green shirt drew his gun. NOTE: Green shirt still has his eyes on gray coats hand.
Gray coat retrieve's Pretti's gun, stands up, turns and has take at least 1 step away from the scuffle.
Green shirt has Pretti's empty holster still in plain view, take's aim and shoots Pretti in the back.
The other agents, startled by the gun fire, release Pretti, which allows him to rise up on his knee's. He reaches for his back (because he was shot from behind).
Green shirts stalls for a second, then shoots several more times.

Once Pretti's pistol was retrieved, gray shirt should've holstered his weapon. But think his reaction time was slow. Reaction time is important because once your brain has an objective, it can't instantaneously stop what it's doing. New information has to override the old info. The actions the brain has given his arms and trigger finger can't be instantly changed either.

One reason I think gray shirt has slow reaction time is not only the first shooting. But he stalled after the first shot, and then shot several more rounds.
He didn't react fast enough when Pretti's gun was unholstered. And he didn't react fast enough after the first shot.

Gray shirt needs to be held accountable by the Trump administration. But instead, they've made obvious lies about the events that took place. And they've protected this agent. Throwing gas on this fire.

Like I said, I support ICE & the BP, 100%. But I also support the truth.

P.S. Protestors are retarded for protesting them and interfering with them getting illegal criminals off our streets and deported is backed by laws that democrats vote FOR.
They're protesting laws that actually benefit them. Getting illegals increases job opportunism for everyone. And increases the amount of money available for Americans who are getting welfare benefits. And increases the amount of houses or apartments that Americans can find. Deporting illegals is a win win for democrats.

So why TF are they protesting?
The only obvious answer: Because Trump is the one doing it. If it were Biden or Obama, the left wouldn't care. They'd cheer any democrat president on.

One more important fact: If the police, FBI or ICE were detaining American citizens unlawfully, illegals wouldn't be protesting it. Illegals won't even be out there protesting the killing of Pretti or Good. Just sayin.

This is what someone showing up at a protest with assault weapons looks like.

well the forty rounds is the amount of ammo in the mags.

and yes, a 9mm semi auto certainly can be considered an assault weapon.....AR-15 makes a 9mm, Uzi makes a 9mm etc. both are semi-auto as well.
