New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

I never said she deserved to die. I never celebrated anything.
There was a difference though. She broke through glass and was heading upstairs.
The guy in Minneapolis was trying to help somebody up who had fallen over. I mean, I did see the video. So there is no mistaking it. At all. Well unless you're an idiot. Are you an idiot, god?
Ashli was unarmed and she broke a window. Your side loved it so much that you gave the cop a medal. :cuckoo:

Very relevant. If you’re saying they’re obstructing the ICE operation, it’s important to know WHERE that operation is occurring.

Your second sentence is moving the goalposts since now you’re talking about assault, which is irrelevant because at no point in time do we see anyone assaulting the federal agents.

The location of the cars doesn't indicate the location of the operation. The location of the ICE AGENTS is where it's going down.

Great. Pull out ICE. Pay illegals to move to Minneapolis since they want them so bad. But no federal agents; no federal funds

DO IT TRUMP

That’s absolutely absurd. The “operation” was the arrest of an illegal alien which was occurring nowhere near the location that the agent was shoving women to the ground.

In fact, the best I can tell, by the time he starts attacking women, the suspect is already in the vehicle.

You can’t redefine “operation” to include some magical halo around an officer.

In 2020, leftists who sought validation found common cause in supporting a career criminal who pistol whipped pregnant women.

Today, the same leftists who seek validation find it in supporting child sex traffickers and violent gangbangers who prey upon innocent people.

It doesn't have to be a GOOD cause with these idiots. It just needs to be presented to them as something that will bring them the validation they seek.

Ever take a field sobriety test, Moron? Yeah, they can do that too.

Thanks for the opportunity allowing me to express how folks can take responsibility for their own actions.

A State Trooper asked me to do that once many years ago, and I told him, "You might as well just take me to jail because I really had no business driving."

I wasn't shot, I paid a fine, I attended a 2-hour class on substance abuse, I did 30 hours of Community Service, and it didn't even go on my permanent driving record. Things tend to work out a little better when you understand you fucked up and made a very stupid choice; lesson learned and thank goodness no one was hurt.

I have been asked to take field sobriety tests three times in my lifetime. I passed every one and I've never been shot either. Those guys are doing a necessary job to keep the populace safe. When Americans protest their actions against foreign invaders, the protestors become enemies of the state--domestic terrorists and traitors and should be treated as prisoners of war.

And you would spend the night in jail at the very least--and if you resisted, you would deservedly get your anarchist ass kicked to boot.
They’d have to invent probable cause to arrest me, which is one more way that cops routinely violate the constitution and the rights of the citizens.

They know what they are doing and arguing about it all just turns it into political bullshit that serves no worthwhile purpose at changing anything for the better no matter what their desires may be.

There are more effective ways to accomplish your goals and promote worthwhile change than doing stupid shit.

If they ask you to take a field sobriety test, they already have probable cause and if you refuse--you're going to jail. You can whine and play keyboard warrior all you want--that is the fact. I really hope you do play Billy Badass with a cop. LMAO

Bullshit. Field sobriety tests are optional, and the only reason they would ask you to do one is to find probable cause.

If they already had probable cause to arrest you before the field sobriety test, then they would just arrest you anyway.

I will complain about cops violating the constitution, because they’re degrading the foundation of the country and bootlickers like you are helping.

Shit like this is totally unconstitutional.

They had probable cause to pull you over, moron. They suspected you were driving impaired. Your refusal to take the test is reason to take you to jail. The sobriety question is NOT THE TOPIC. It was used to make a point--not to give you a switch to derail the topic. Return to the topic--troll.

They are optional in my state, and if you don't feel like driving for six months you can refuse on the spot.

Of course they are not going to let you drive away, and you'll have to call someone to come pick you up if there isn't a sober person in the vehicle with you. If you decide to fight with them about that, they will cuff your ass (whatever it takes) and throw your ass in the back of the patrol car. To "Serve and Protect" is written on the side of their vehicle in big letters, which never means it is completely up to you how that transaction becomes a reality.

Choices are choices, and you have the freedom to make some pretty stupid choices and hope they don't get you killed.

The legal standard to be pulled over is reasonable suspicion. The legal standard to arrest someone is probable cause.

Your point is a failure. Police must have a legal basis for their orders in order for them to be lawful.

And at no point are you required to agree with what they determine as probable cause, because guess what, you are not the only ************ in the world who has Rights, and they serve and protect more than your stupid ass.

Manufactured reasonable suspicion and probable cause are major problems and allow law enforcement to violate our rights.

And they do. Routinely.

Do you want to live in a country where cops can arrest you any time they want for any reason they want?
