New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

Manufactured reasonable suspicion and probable cause are major problems and allow law enforcement to violate our rights.

And they do. Routinely.

Do you want to live in a country where cops can arrest you any time they want for any reason they want?

You don't have to agree, and arguing about it won't change that, you stupid ************. :auiqs.jpg:
Everything in the world is not up to you and your stupid desires.

They are optional in my state, and if you don't feel like driving for six months you can refuse on the spot.
Not sure what state requires them, but in my state there are no legal consequences to refusing.

There are legal consequences to refusing a breath test, unless your daddy happens to be a powerful Florida Republican like Matt Gaetz who never faced any consequences for refusing.
Of course they are not going to let you drive away, and you'll have to call someone to come pick you up if there isn't a sober person in the vehicle with you. If you decide to fight with them about that, they will cuff your ass (whatever it takes) and throw your ass in the back of the patrol car. To "Serve and Protect" is written on the side of their vehicle in big letters, which never means it is completely up to you how that transaction becomes a reality.

Choices are choices, and you have the freedom to make some pretty stupid choices and hope they don't get you killed.
I don’t drink and drive so if cops any to arrest me, they’re going to have to fabricate probable cause.

Everything in thr world is not up to a cop just because they have a gun and zero accountability.

Unless you want to live in an authoritarian police state.

At no point did I suggest I have any business worrying about the laws in your state.

None of what I post has anything to do with your utter nonsense, critical theory, class warfare, or just plain political bullshit that serves no worthwhile purpose at all.

And "if" is not any kind of understanding in regard to reality until it is combined with a substantial amount of solid reasoning towards a realistic and sustainable result. :auiqs.jpg:

All I’m saying is that cops can’t order you to do anything they want. They have to have a legal basis to do so.

If you’re not interfering with their operation, they can’t order you to move. They certainly can’t assault you for refusing to follow an order with no legal basis.

Well, whatever you think at any given moment in no way means the cop is required to agree with you.
They serve and protect more than you, and not your desire to assume you are the arbiter of everything on the face of the Earth.

You don't get to decide their legal basis, that is what a courtroom is for if you feel your rights have been violated, and never up to you alone.

Better to be judged by twelve than carried by six.
That means you don't have to die.

We are a nation of laws, not men.

Cops shouldn’t let their feelings and egos override the law.

Yes we are, and you and your stupid ******* desires are not the arbiter of all laws.
You and your opinion, ego, and desires are not the only things that exist in reality.

Cops aren’t arbiters of the law, but we let them get away with whatever they want anyway.

The result is repeated and consistent violations of our rights by people who have convinced themselves it’s for the greater good.

Might makes right? The law of the jungle? Law doesn't matter to MAGA. Just power and revenge.
..
Obstruction of Justice is against the law.

Clearly they were there to BREAK THE LAW

No cops aren't the arbiters, but we already discussed that when I said that is what courtrooms are for, you dumbass.
You don't get to say they are "repeated violations", because you are not the arbiter of what is a violation, and never have been.

However, at least you are getting to the part where you start spilling the beans and proving what I mean about political bullshit and people convincing themselves. You have absolutely convinced yourself, the crap you are posting actually means something, or that it will somehow serve a worthwhile purpose.

Police are the ENFORCERS of law and I, for one, have much more faith in their trained judgements than those of a moronic anarchist poster on social media. The police state that you fantasize about in your pin head does not exist in the US. The gaslighting doesn't work anymore. This is not 2020.

What happens in the court room? A cop lies and you can’t prove otherwise.

“Your honor, he smelled like alcohol”

How do you disprove that?

Bovino is in charge of removing foreign insurgent invaders who are in the country illegally. They are enemies of the country and by their very presence, they are guilty and subject to removal. Are you one of them?
Does Bovino have to follow the law? Or can he, for instance, lie in testimony given to the court?

I made fun of some Sheriff's Deputies once when they were talking about the new Urban Combat Vehicle the department had purchased for the SWAT Team and I asked them if they were going call "all hands on deck" and roll it the next time some of Mr. Burford's cows got loose in the highway, and for some reason they really didn't think that was funny.

I don't like the way some departments have militarized all their operations, but have no expectations that arming up, insulting them or engaging in useless banter, and doing stupid shit that endangers the wellbeing of myself or others, would actually convince them not to.
