The agents panicked or were out of their depth and now an ER nurse, who has probably had a hand in saving many peoples' lives is now dead.

When I first saw the video I thought he was attacking an ICE agent on the ground, only to see he was trying to help another citizen stand up who had been pushed over. At that point the ICE agent needs to retreat. Instead he starts attacking a guy who is not even close to being a threat to him. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.
