He couldn't of lied about a material fact related to the call...because the call was legit. The call was no longer under investigation...hence why the charge about lying about it, was BS
The call was part of a larger counterintelligence investigation. Any lie about that call was material and did impact the investigation.
hahaha no no...sorry not true at all....because the call was legit. There was literally nothing about that call that he could have lied about that was material.
You are making the same mistakes as the political crony who wrote the bullshit motion to dismiss.
hahaa yeah the folks with the law degrees are all wrong and making mistakes and you are right !

the evidence and law are clear...the dismissal was a 100 percent right
The motion to dismiss had not been granted by the court.

Flynn's motion to withdraw his guilty plea had not been granted by the court.

Nothing you're claiming had been accepted by the court.
yeah frankly that’s not really an issue...the Judge a liberal lackey, who was clearly trying to delay the case until after the election....abused his power. in hopes Xiden would continue the case and abuse his office going after Flynn

Every legal expert of note knows that

The Govt knew they had no case
LOLOL

Not an issue??

It's the legal status of the case. The same way you say the judge was a Liberal lackey, others say the prosecutor who filed the motion to dismiss was a Trump lackey.

And neither matters. Flynn's legal status at the time he was pardoned was as a convicted felon. His motion to withdraw his guilty plea had not been granted by the court. The prosecutor's motion to dismiss the case had not been granted by the court.

He was forgiven, not exonerated. That will never change. Certainly not by you.
he was exonerated via the evidence the muller team was hiding

The DOJ Motion to Dismiss exonerated him
LOL

Exonerated people do not need a pardon.

He was forgiven, not exonerated.
sure they do. happens all the time. Gets the record completely clean without having to waste time on an expungement

but in this case, since xiden was one of the ring leaders of the obamagate gang that planned the unprecedented assault on the new admin and targeted flynn it was needed as well to protect the general
The general wouldn’t need protection if he hadn’t lied to the FBI.

No evidence ever produced changed that fact.

You make it sound so unfair how he was treated when it’s obvious that this all occurred as a result of his own decision to not be honest.
huh? tons of evidence including the fbi agents who interviewed him show he likely didn’t lie

and even. if he did, as the DOJ motion highlighted it wasn’t a crime

he needed protection from Xiden because as the evidence showed he was targeted by the obamagate gang...which xiden was a ring leader of...even absurdly suggesting logan act violation even after the fbi said the call was legit!
Incorrect. Zero evidence suggested he didn’t lie.

The FBI’s notes from the interview confirm his statements as lies.

None of this would have happened if Flynn hadn’t lied. None. He has only himself to blame.
haha other then the agents that interviewed saying they didn’t believe he did

regardless...the burden is on the Govt to prove he did lie...they didn’t even present any evidence! they dismissed the case because they said even if he did, it wasn’t a crime!

he remains innocent and the dismissal motion fully exonerated him
LOLOL

No burden of proof is needed after someone pleads guilty. Where do you come up with this shit?

And no, he's not innocent. He's a convicted felon who was pardoned.

Nor was he exonerated. The motion to dismiss was never granted.

The FBI agents said he didn't look like someone who lied. They weren't even aware of all the evidence against him at the time, which included numerous communications between Flynn and the Trump campaign regarding the call. Evidence which was presented to Flynn before he pled guilty.
haha yep...the fbi agents doing the interview weren’t aware of the legit call...

geez

look man, he’s innocent that’s his legal status
LOLOL

You're lying again. His legal status is he was a convicted felon who was forgiven by a pardon.

Giuliani is some very serious legal trouble here. When this is combined with all the other likely upcoming charges against Rudy, he'd better get himself the best lawyer he can find because he's sure going to need help staying out of prison.

And in case anyone misses the point, any criminal conspiracy to commit a crime which is planned and executed by a lawyer and his client effectively negates any protections of a lawyer/client privileged and confidential communication.

I certainly hope that Giuliani is fully prepared for when Trump disavows any knowledge of what his lawyer was doing because that's been Trump's MO for decades.

I have no doubt Trump pressured coaxed and leveraged Ukraine to get info on Biden. So fucking what!! That’s what politicians do. When Biden is out their bragging how he got the Ukraine special prosecutor fired, you are goddamn right that as a political opponent and sitting President, I am going to pressure, coax, lobby a foreign Government to get information.

What Trump did is against the law. What Biden did as VP was the official policy of the US.

It is official policy of the US to extort a government to fire a prosecutor??? Where and how is that not against the law?

A crime for Trump, not for Biden. Same / similar act. Spying on Private citizens is criminal as well

The prosecutor was corrupt. The Ukrainians not only wanted our aide, they wanted closer ties to the West in general, including membership in NATO some day. We wanted them to govern according to Western standards which meant prosecutions and a lack of a prosecution would be based on evidence and not who was willing or not willing to pay the prosecutor a bribe. In other words, they had to clean up their act if they wanted our aide and assistance.

Asking a foreign national for something of value for your political campaign is a crime. That what Trump and Giuliani did. Biden never did that.

The circuit court’s order to dismiss the case was overturned by an en banc review.

The prosecutor... .... .... Ok.
It sure seems like someone has been subject to some Russian disinformation.

But hard to say exactly because someone is being intentionally vague.

Honest question... do you ever stop lying?

The guilty plea, accepted by a federal court in Washington Friday morning, is the latest turn of fortune for Flynn, a retired Army general who served as national security adviser for less than a month. He is accused of lying to FBI agents in January, shortly after the inauguration, about his conversations with Kislyak.

That matters not. The Department of Justice has no jurisdiction over the courts. Once a case is adjudicated, it's out of their hands. That's why all they could do was to ask the court to dismiss the case which the court never did. That maintained his legal status as a convicted felon. Then he was pardoned.

He was forgiven, not exonerated.

So what it's a crime.

A crime for Trump, not for Biden. Same / similar act. Spying on Private citizens is criminal as well
Asking a foreign national for something of value for your political campaign is a crime. That what Trump and Giuliani did. Biden never did that.
Biden used extortion threatening on behalf of the US not to guarantee a loan. Thugs do that. Biden did that as Vice President yet somehow that is not a crime with you people.

Why did he threaten to withhold the loan guarantee?

The answer is quite important because no one is obligated to help another country without conditions. In this situation, the withholding of the guarantee was contingent on Ukraine taking steps to reduce corruption, which starts with getting rid of their corrupt lead prosecutor.
