Big surprise here? Not really. If you will remember, the groups mentioned in the article are known right wing political organizations that have opposed masking, distancing, temporary shut downs, basically anything that is being and has been used to slow the spread of the disease, and now oppose vaccines, yet they supported hydroxychloroquine, Zithromax, and zinc as cures without peer reviewed science, as none existed. It should be noted that trump supported much of the same, yet when he came down with Covid, he went with cutting edge science, not the populous tripe he had dished out and was secretly vaccinated in early January himself. It further proves, you can talk all kinds of crazy crap for political purposes, but if your own ass is on the line, even the half intelligent go with modern medicine, on the theory of screw the dumb ass masses, as they will believe anything, are useful puppets and unworthy just by their willingness to believe crap to deserve the truth and science the upper echelon of the radical right actually use for themselves and their families. Well, who knows the pharma companies sure don't.
We've had vaccines pushed through by multiple companies without typical phase testing over time. There has been no time to do cross studies on relative efficacy and/or side effects to determine which is a better option as these things are rushed to market.
These companies don't know the effects and have been indemnified from any liability in the deal, so there is no downside to ill effects and every motivation to get to market ASAP to suck up the money.
This feeding frenzy is not an atmosphere in which Pharma companies, which are notoriously greedy bastards that have been known to flat out lie and/or massage data to bring products to market, are going to be cautious, making not seeing some adverse effects pretty improbable, given the number of players in the game at this point, and the lack of these typical safeguards.

No. You're just conditioned by alt-right media. You see boogeymen under every bed and in every closet. Most of us don't live our lives in a state of fear and mistrust guided soley by our political leanings. The media you consume is the personification of Fake News. It's where the term was invented. With every vaccine, there are going to be the possibility of adverse reactions. That's just part and parcel of the course. There are no concrete facts that any of these deaths can be attributed to the vaccine alone.
