Never Trumpers get ‘brutal wake-up call’ as Republican candidates flounder

They're experiencing what's called the "Prisoner's Dilemma"
1. If we all attack Trump he loses.
2. If none of us attack Trump, he wins
3. If -I- attack Trump and nobody else does, he may lose, but I'll be blamed.
4. If -I- don't attack Trump and somebody else does, he may lose but somebody else will be blamed.
5. In the absence of knowledge of what others will do, what should I do?

I got some more nervous laughter on my post about how paranoid the left is over Trump I see.
Why would we be paranoid about Trump?

Again, for the imbeciles:

They would be betting that millions of voters who didn’t vote for him last time would vote for an indicted or possibly convicted nominee who spends most of his time railing about his plight.

“between Trump’s election in 2016 and the 2024 election, the number of Gen Z (born in the late 1990s and early 2010s) voters will have advanced by a net 52 million against older people.” Put differently, the 2024 electorate will be younger and more Democratic — by a lot — than the electorate that chose Trump in 2016. The GOP will be pleading with a less Trump-friendly electorate to ignore his alleged crime spree and reelect the Jan. 6 instigator.

Older Trump voters have died since 2016.

54 million new young voters since 2016. And they HATE DeSantis, Trump, MTG, and the rest of them. You're fucked.
