The Nevada State Democratic Party is threatening charges of Voter Fraud against Republicans cast votes in the State Democratic PartyCaucuses being held today Saturday February 20, 2016.

The action was taken after local College Young Republicans encouraged Republicans in Nevada to vote in the Democratic Caucus.

The Nevada Democratic Party vowed to prosecute people who, "Violate the integrity of the caucus process."

"After reviewing Nevada Law, we believe that registering under false pretenses to in order to participate in the Democratic caucuses for purposes of manipulating the presidential nominating process is a felony", said Roberta Lange, Chairwoman of Nevada Democratic Party

"The Nevada Democratic Party will work with law enforcement to prosecute anyone who falsely registers as a Democrat to caucus tomorrow and subsequently participates in the Republican Caucuses on Tuesday."

Republicans have Voter Fraud as their excuse to highly restrictive Voter I.D. Laws.

And here we see it is Republicans who are encouraging Voter Fraud.
