It wasnt suggested in the post you were replying to.I dont think he understands that no one is forcing him to watch the movie. Funny thing is I have never heard of this movie until now and I still dont want to see it.It sets up the story.
I am a she and I understand that and I can also say my opinion that I don't like kids being used to be portrayed that way. We have differing opinions I don't think you are ok with that?
I don't like the portrayal or even having kids act it out. I just think its weird. Equally disturbing is a movie I happened across last night called the tale. It literally shows a grown man kissing a little girl wrongly and them both in bed with shirts off leading to a sex scene. She hasn't even hit puberty. WTF is hollywood trying do lately? Even that disney movie snowdogs had to be recut because of the scene where the dog character is told he has to let someone fondle him and like it etc. Which is suggestive MO for pedos.
From the little I've read about it, The Tale is actually based on the experiences of the writer/director, and the way she came to understand that she had been abused after becoming an adult. I haven't seen it, however, so I can't comment directly on the content or its appropriateness.[/QUOTE]
I felt traumatized, it's a trigger for some people I bet.
