Will people please stop quoting the op and 2 or 3 responses in full? Some of us have to scroll through this stuff on small screens, and even on a desktop it is annoying. Please, only quote the section(s) to which you arw replying , or a small portion tp makr clear to which post you are responding
1. It's not people doing it as a conscious action, it's the default setting so that quotes are seen in context of the last few posts.
2. Splitting posts and replying in section is actually pretty easy if you understand quote tag usage, especially when making different points on different sections of a preceding post.
3. Oft times it is better then someone that posts a quick replay with no quote leaving people to wondering - "uh?"
I do (personally) find it irritating that sometimes people quote a wall of text and there only comment is "I agree" or "+1" things like that. But it's their choice.
