Shocking video shows near miss between Southwest Airlines flight, jet on runway at Midway Airport

A shocking video from Chicago's Midway Airport circulating on social media Tuesday showed a near miss between a Southwest Airlines flight and an "unauthorized" FlexJet business jet on a runway, with Southwest Airlines aborting a landing to avoid the plane.

That could have been a disaster. Midway is nice airport, flew out of there in December. So much quieter and less frantic than O'Hare, I really want to use that airport first from now on. But we don't need any more near misses like this.
