Detroit was lost in the first round, but they escaped with the comeback win and are carrying some serious momentum right now. Tonight they looked good, not sure what happened to Harris and Cunningham but they are crushing it out there.

The reason the Pistons came back from 3-1 is because of two guys: Franz Wagner and Cade Cunningham. The first 4 games of the series, when they were up 3-1, Wagner shut Cunningham down. Then he got injured, and Cunningham averaged over 30 points a game for the final 3 games, all wins. He did nothing the first 4 games.
I’m so glad James Harden is on the Cleveland Cavaliers. He always lets his teams down. He always becomes the reason his team loses. Of course he also wins you a couple games but it takes 4 to win a best of 7.

I just don’t want to jinx the pistons. It’s going to Cleveland we need to win one in Cleveland

Wemby drops 39 on the T-Wolves in his second road playoff game. 15 boards and 3 for 5 on three pointers. He is even smooth on free throws where most seven footers look like monkeys throwing a coconut at the rim. He is really different.

Damn, both the Wolves and Spurs played so well last night, but the Wolves could not make those shots in crunch time, and the Spurs nailed them. That Spurs team is good enough to beat anyone, the matchup with OKC is going to be great. Wemby looked unstoppable, and was.

It's amazing how history repeats itself from "The Admiral," thru Duncan, now Wemby! I've appr.'ed the team over the yrs.; just not the GM/Coach who's thought to be a genius, Gregg Pop.! I just didn't like how he hung Bob Hill out to dry so they'd be almost guaranteed the 1st pick in the draft in '96! They got Duncan to team up w/ Robinson making them a power to the horror of the NBA who prefer'd Chgo/LA/Boston/Detroit leading the way at the time! The Spurs had "an era" even w/ the NBA trying to sabotage them & the Sacramento Kings back in the 2000's! I love those teams w/o history and winning due to a single player getting a champ. like w/ Rick Barry & the Golden St. Warriors or Bill Walton & his Portland Trailblazers! Today's game is unwatchable! I'm barely paying attn., reveling in the flailings of the LA Lakers in the playoffs w/ Lebron barely holding on alone w/o Luca's help! End Rant! :dunno: :stir::eek:

Great playoff game, both teams totally leaving it on the floor. It was a battle of the super heroes Ant Man vs Plastic Man and Plastic Man won.
