First, the overall US population of blacks is approximately 14.8% to 15%. Eliminating for kids and mothers who aren't inclined to fight an instead, would prefer to raise their kids, then there are the elderly blacks, we're looking at about maybe 8% of the population or less. Not a formidable force. Besides the white population, Asian population and many Hispanics who side with republicans, far outnumber them. Mostly, the "racist" blacks (remember, there are plenty of decent, intelligent blacks who consider the negative culture inner city blacks as lowlifes) are just loud bullies who like to sound like they are a force to be reckoned with. They aren't. The lowlife blacks tactics are simply, run up or drive up, shoot someone or group and run away.
I recall that black militia in Georgia that claimed to be "professional soldiers." One look at them walking along in their group and you could see members that didn't know how to properly handle their weapons and one even accidentally shot one of their own. Basically, they're idiots with guns.
