A real lockdown would be ending ALL travel, and then quarentining anyone who had been to China in the last 50 days. We didn't do that. Trump announced a travel ban, thousands of Chinese Americans and Americans rushed back here before the flights stopped going, infected thousands of other people while waiting in line at the airport, and here we are.
