1) Beautiful landscape, some parts here remind me of England.

2) Mountains are gorgeous, especially the App Mtns.

3) Beaches, not only good for partying but actually going in the sea.

4) Southern Hospitality.

And the cons?
1) My local Cops.
State troopers and Sheriffs are still good with me. Hell, I've been stopped 3 times now for speeding and 2 of them were state troopers and 1 of them was a Sheriff and they all let me go with a "Just watch your speed next time have a good night."

The local cops here searched my car with suspicion of Possession, but they didn't find anything, except for some rolling papers inside my Hand rolling tobacco pouch. Sucks to be them.
