Name the state you live in, and 3 things you love about living there.

I'll start:

Indiana

1) Fall and Spring, and summers and not working..........

2) Lots of Natural Spring Fed Lakes

3) The Colts!

Illinois

1. The seasons change - several times.

2. It's where I grew up, so there are many good memories.

3. 3 of the 4 most important, special guys in my life live here. :D

A lot of my family is from Indiana. Beautiful state!

Virginia:

1) The mild winters (the part I live in, anyway)
2) Hokies football
3) The beauty of it. From Beaches to mountains.. This state is full of beauty.

Florida

The beach and Gulf

The Fine half naked girls

Its almost completely paved.

Washington State
1) four seasons
2) I can drive 30 minutes to an hour and reach probably around 10 to 20 lakes
3) I can look out my window and see LOTS of trees
4) good pot

5) mountains, great for skiing on
YOu people on the east coast don't know what real mountains are. :D

TEXAS

1) State pride and friendliness

2) WHAT winter?

3) Fresh Foods ~ veggies from the Valley and home-grown Beef

PA

Inebriated

1) Everyone is a buddy
2) Wonderful stimulating conversations that you don't care about the next day
3) Beer.

Ohio.....

1. Easy to draw shape, kinda sorta.

2. You can grow tulips, lilacs and rhodedendrons.

3. It could be worse.....I'm told.

Now, the state where I was raised...New York.....

1. Epicenter Of The Known Universe.

2. People know how to speak properly, without accents.

3. God's country. The men are men and the women are grateful; and everyone has lovely manners.

My favorite state...Florida.....

1. Featured on every single episode of "America's Most Wanted", as in, "last seen headed towards Florida..."

2. Knock-your-eyes-out gorgeous alternating with knock-your-eyes-out ugly.

3. Every woman should have a swamp handy.

4. Carl Haissen is a Prophet.

North Carolina here.

1) Beautiful landscape, some parts here remind me of England.

2) Mountains are gorgeous, especially the App Mtns.

3) Beaches, not only good for partying but actually going in the sea.

4) Southern Hospitality.

And the cons?
1) My local Cops.
State troopers and Sheriffs are still good with me. :) Hell, I've been stopped 3 times now for speeding and 2 of them were state troopers and 1 of them was a Sheriff and they all let me go with a "Just watch your speed next time have a good night."

The local cops here searched my car with suspicion of Possession, but they didn't find anything, except for some rolling papers inside my Hand rolling tobacco pouch. Sucks to be them.

Not a state. But one of the four global command cities, also a county. London.

1) Far older than both Christianity and Islam.

2) Eurostar connection to Europe. How many of you have ridden it?

3) British humour.
