My God we are more doomed than ever

Antarctica is piling up the ice. God help us when it all melts.

It has done that every year for tens of millions of years.

Thanks for this from the link, another telling sign outing the "bleaching of coral" for what it always was, 100% pure CO2 FRAUD taxpayer funded BULLSHIT...

How about more details about the Arctic ice and coral?

I've sort of figured some of that ice needs to melt now and then or eventually it will cover everything?
If the ice didn't melt.
My house would be under a mile of it.
Basically carved the 10,000 lakes we love so much here, along with the entire Mississippi river basin in the north.
Oh, and those Great Lakes too.

Amazing stuff. I wonder how Antartica ice will affect the "Global Warming" fanatics.

Being doomed is a binary state. You cannot be more or less doomed anymore than you can be more or less pregnant.

On an individual basis, we are all doomed to be taken too soon.

As a species that has only existed in this universe for a paltry million years or so, chances are we are collectively doomed as well.

Chill out and enjoy what life you’ve been awarded.

Continent specific ice ages "melt" when the ice ....

1. grows out over water and breaks off as iceberg
2. gets approximately 200 miles beyond the polar circle.

ITs not melting isnt that the point

The ice cores prove what it does. Every year, both Greenland and AA grow a new layer of ice on top. CO2 FRAUD defines that as "melting."

Tell it to the cultists I was mocking

Oh ... you're mocking someone ... that wasn't clear in the OP ...

If all global warming was focused on the Antarctic ice sheet ... 1.8 W/m^2 ... it would take 2-1/2 minutes to melt 1 gram of ice ... or four drops of water per hour ... per square meter ...

Shockingly ... that wouldn't change Antarctica's climate ... imagine that ...

But it will again as it always has. If it didn't it would eventually take over the southern hemisphere. The point is, that when is DOES melt, the climate religionists will claim its due to AGW. They're probably saying it's our fault that the ice is again building up. :)

They'll never acknowledge that our planet has gone through many climate changes and climate shifts in his long history and will surely continue to do just that without any help from humankind whatsoever.

The Anazazi disappeared from our area more than five hundred years before the Industrial Revolution. I suppose it was all those ceremonial and cooking fires they lit that caused excessive CO2 that caused the extreme drought conditions, etc. that made them leave their ancestral homes?

The AGW people won't even talk about things like that. They can't even blame the cows as those didn't arrive in North America for more than a hundred years after the Anazazi left.

Ice increases because its getting colder not warmer. Natural changes in the climate are slow. IN their minds everything causes the climate and we have to give them control of our lives. They can shove it

LOL Where the hell are you finding all your bullshit charts? I guess liars know where to find other liars.

The Great Barrier Reef's health in 2025 has been severely impacted by a combination of factors, including heat stress driven by climate change, mass bleaching events, and the predatory impact of crown-of-thorns starfish. The reef has experienced its largest annual decline in coral cover since records began, with 48% of surveyed reefs showing a decline in percentage coral cover. The northern region saw a drop of 24.8% in hard coral cover, while the southern region experienced a decline of almost one-third. Despite these declines, coral cover remains above the long-term average in each region, indicating some resilience in the reef's ecosystem. However, the overall outlook for the reef's health is concerning, with the potential for significant loss of coral if current trends persist.
