My Dad Gave Me A Small Loan of A Million Dollars....It Has Not Been Easy

You're right. I would be amazed if you had parlayed it into the $1.8 billion Trump was worth when his father died.

Yeah, but Trump didn't do that, he had $1 million and then the presidency of the company that gave him $200 million more. Of course, Trump always said he was worth much more https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=8&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CEUQFjAHahUKEwinoKn7lubIAhVIFh4KHYvgDis&url=http://www.msn.com/en-us/money/smallbusiness/donald-trump-and-the-forbes-400-33-years-one-rocky-relationship/vi-AAeUPqv&usg=AFQjCNEK6a_3jM4skmxkVyRYaIlRnv99ww&sig2=u9mktTtY6VOMNKSvcF8Nmg

Your propaganda video doesn't say anything of the sort.

Face it: your a dumbass without a clue.

How could you possibly ignore what was in that video? Trump said he was worth more money every single step of the way, concluding with his bullshit of claiming his worth was "many more than $10 billion"

Talk about a dumbass, you can't accept the facts even when they are right in front of your face.

#1) it's obviously libturd propaganda

#2) It says nothing about the business arrangement between Trump and his father.

MSN money is Liberal? Honest to John you need to get a grip.

Hmmm, yes they are. The company that owns MSNBC also owns MSN Money. You imagine that because the show is about business that it has to be conservative? That's the kind of naive thinking we expect from libturds.

That would be Microsoft and while the principal stock holder of Microsoft is Liberal, the company is 100% neutral. You're type of naive thinking is dangerous.

Sounds like Kerry...
Shoot......................woulda been nice if my family had given me a million dollars when I graduated.

Instead, they told me my plate was going to be broke when I turned 18, meaning as soon as I was an adult, I had to fend for myself.

So, I joined the Navy and spent the next 20 years earning my pension so that I could retire.

Too bad Donald the Chump had it so hard, he should have joined the military like I did and become lower middle class.

Yabut, the poor guy had a owie on his foot.

When asked, he couldn't remember which foot - THAT's how traumatized he was.

Nowhere does it say the Trump was given $200 million to play with before his father died, which is what you claimed.

All your posts on this subject are non sequiturs. That seems to be your favorite logical fallacy.

i suppose it would be much better if the government bailed him out just like so many other Obama companies. The guy didn't ask for money from the government so it really didn't cost me anything in taxes or other government aide programs. I think if he took a million away from the government that is one million less for so many social welfare programs that so many liberals seem to need.

016 Trump and his father share a position on the Forbes 400

Fred Trump made Donald president of his company and gave him control of a $200 million dollar fortune. Trump didn't turn a $1 million loan into a billion dollar fortune no matter how much you want to believe it.

Not exactly, he used bankruptcy law four different times which means he used the peoples money also. The last time in 2014, he cut his debt from $285 million to $82 million. Pretty good payday when its all over.

That was for the Atlantic City casinos. The first bankruptcy cost him a yacht and his airline and a great deal of his pride. It validated Buffett's quote about what happens when a manager with a brilliant reputation meets a business with poor fundamental economics

Best thing for Atlantic City would be a fucking asteroid

I've never been there but I have read the stories. The first BK was the Trump Taj Mahal in 1991, followed by Trump Plaza in 1992, the first bankruptcy was the most painful, losing that airline likely would have made him far wealthier had he been able to keep it.

Wrong. Bankruptcy isn't "using the people's money." The people's money is tax money, and bankruptcy doesn't involve tax money in any way.

Over 4 bankruptcies the sum becomes huge. 1991 was $675 million, 1992 was $550 million, I'm not sure of the date of Trump entertainment, but the restructuring was $1.9 Billion. Also no other major business in the United States has bankrupted that many times, so it either lays at the feet of his incompetence or rests upon his shoulders as accomplishment. Myself, I wouldn't invest in him.
