Musk and the Third party...

That's great, it's too F'ing late. Not only is it too F'ing late I don't see even one teensy tiny bit of evidence the acceleration to collapse has even slowed down. Like the expansion of the universe the borrowing and spending is speeding up, as if fueled by dark energy.
Musks party could split the republican vote and hand Dems permanent control ..

If the American Party is ( Pro Choice ) ( for Sensible Forearms Restrictions ) ( ok with Amnesty / Pathway ) ( Advocating Abandoning the Battle against social justice ) …

Musk can’t go full Viva Juan McCain on America , it would be in bad taste

do you really think Dems are going to vote for a party who's platform is cutting spending ?
I’m an optimist. I think people will vote against the duopoly if a viable alternative with an honest agenda presents itself. Change will never happen if we’re afraid of change.

I am looking for an excuse to get out of the two-party system.

why?

The problem is, you keep thinking that a political party is going to make your failed life better, when the first person who you need to look at to do that is yourself.

your success and self-worth should never be tied to which crook is in the White House.

The US Constitution is a mere 8 pages long. Is it really so difficult to read that people can’t follow its very simple instructions?
Simple analysis of the directive systems in the Constitution reveals incomplete instructions and archaic terminology that is often subjective and disputed. The subjective aspects guide some politicians and bureaucrats to improvise, and others to cut corners, and of course, they all have to deploy deceptive narratives. No matter how well the districts are gerrymandered, political leverage leads both the politicians and their constituents to believe that they are adequately diverse, infinitely tolerant, intellectually sophisticated, beautifully enlightened; and therefore, the true guardians of justice for the delicately balanced system.

Cool! Our Founders never envisioned the polarized two Party system that we have today.

The legends of the Electoral College and the infamous Three-fifths Clause explain the effort to compromise the obvious state population alliances – big states versus the small states, and slave states versus the free states. The problem is that political science scholars cannot comprehend a more sophisticated legislature, and that is why the legend of the Founders not expecting political parties remains in circulation.

No, but the way they set up the government essentially laid the groundwork for it.

No matter what citizens try to activate alternative representation in the pursuit of justice, the erroneous system will always result in two flawed political parties because publicly elected and generally commissioned legislative assemblies will always cycle into a contest of two factions for majority control of the electoral process and tally. Third parties formed outside the generally commissioned legislature will most likely compel the members to realign themselves into the established factions because majority alliances have to be coordinated to pass legislation. It would require, at least, three election cycles over six years with absolutely top-secret campaigns for a third party to stall the legislative process long enough to gather the membership to overrule the two subsisting political parties. The American public is just not going to have the capacity for such a strategy, because the correct solution emerges from the logical conclusion of the strategy.

Wow, that was a long word salad.

Here's the problem. The problem with the two party system is that it doesn't represent the swath in the middle that is neither hard right nor hard left. But these people are also not sufficiently engaged to politically organize.

Let's take the gun issue. The fanatical "I needs my guns to fights the government" faction is pretty small. Those people are ******* nuts. but they are well organized, they will get people to show up to the polls for primaries, which is why Red District Republicans won't even support MODERATE gun control.

Wow. That does not describe the problem with the system. It describes the work around that is deployed by the political party that you do not favor.

You are a simpleton. An angry simpleton.

Biden, Harris, Trump

Now there's a lesson Dems need to take to heart.

Yes please..... Nothing would please me more than to see a serious third party take hold.... One with deep pockets and the ability to actually stand up to the uniparty. I don't know what's going on between him and Trump and I don't care.

I do care about political freedom though and we will never have that until we break the two party hold.

Go Elon!. .DOOOOOOOOOO IT!

Could be a A MASSIVE win for the working class. Let us be honest, when they cut Medicaid for those who need it, they truly do not care about you. Saddest part is Trump claimed he did not know about it and this puts Vice President JD Vance, who has talked a big game about changing the GOP to appeal more to low-income voters, in an awkward place.

Mark Cuban and Anthony Scaramucci are interested.

Medicaid should be only for American citizens.
Or those citizens who have a history of 40 quarters of gainful employment on their social security account or have a family member that has done likewise who claims them as a dependent.

But yes a third party would be a real blessing break up the shenanigans of the uniparty and their fleecing of the American flock.
